National Vegetation Classification
The National Vegetation Classification, NVC, is the culmination of 15 years of detailed survey and analysis of British vegetation, setting the standard for future assessment of British plant communities. The courses within this section use a wide range of habitats to introduce the principles and practice of NVC.

Data Analysis for Conservation Biologists
This section details a series of short courses designed to build an understanding of analytical techniques for conservation biology. Each course can stand alone or be used to build knowledge gained on the previous course. Courses are run by Mark Gardener a freelance biologist and tutor who works for the Open University and University of Birmingham.
