This new course is for anyone who would like to learn how to identify the more specialised plants found on the coast.
We will cover the main families represented in the East of England, which will help you focus on other species when you test out your skills elsewhere.
This is an accredited course linked to the University of Birmingham Certificate in Biological Recording and Species Identification (full 10 credits). Towards the end of the course you may therefore have your learning assessed for accreditation, if you wish.
Ros Bennett is a freelance botanist with a wealth of experience at many FSC Centres. She has a practical and participative approach and is enthusiastic about all aspects of botany.
