Participants will ideally have attended Introducing Lichens 1 course but this is not essential. While the first course concentrated on lichens of trees, this course introduces species that live on stone. We also look at some ecological aspects of lichens.
John Skinner is the Manager of Southend Museum and has extensive experience working with and recording the lichens of the region.
