Earthworm Identification Course

This one-day course is designed to introduce earthworms to citizen scientists, naturalists, and students (sixth form and undergraduate) – including those whose appetites have been whetted by participation in the OPAL Soil and Earthworm survey. No previous knowledge of earthworms is required.

Dr David T. Jones is an entomologist and soil ecologist by training and has worked as a research scientist at the Natural History Museum in London for 15 years. David is currently employed by Imperial College London as the earthworm specialist on the OPAL project.
