This Bumblebee identification day course will be field based. At the end of the course everyone should be able to confidently identify some of the commonly encountered species in the wider countryside and have an understanding of their ecology and conservation.
Ian Cheeseborough is a self-employed entomologist. He has been studying Aculeate Hymenoptera (bees, wasps and ants) for the past 11 years and is county recorder for this group of insects.
