Each day will involve discovery and exploration for the whole family, both outdoors and back at the Centre. It will be a week of boat trips and train rides, sandcastles and rockpools, bushcraft and foraging. Although the emphasis of the course will be to have fun, children and adults will get real tasters of the ecology, geology and local history. Be prepared for walking, picnics, rockpooling, beachcombing, observing, moth trapping, evening games, night walks, art work, bat watching, campfires and big stories! There won't be time for everything, but we will make time for some relaxation and snoozing in the sunshine too! Activities include: - Boat Trip - Train Ride - Lighthouse Visit - Sand Castle Building - Rock Pooling - Stream Dipping - Coastal Walking - Minibeast Hunts - Bat Watching - Beach Fires Activity level: **

This course will be led by experienced and enthusiastic Centre Staff with lots of tall tales and new skills to show you.
