Last chance to book Earthworm ID day
There is just over a week to go to book your space on Earthworm Identification, a one-day course being led by Dr David Jones from the Natural History Museum. Designed to introduce earthworms to anybody with an interest, including those whose appetite has been whetted by the OPAL Soil and Earthworm survey.
The course is on Wednesday 23rd November and will take place at FSC Malham Tarn, a beautiful centre in the Yorkshire Dales.
It is accredited by the British Earthworm Society and will introduce earthworm ecology and identification and enable participants to become involved in the British Earthworm Recording Scheme.
Places cost just £20 per person for the day.
