IB Diploma Biology
FSC has developed specific fieldwork courses for the Internal Assessment element of IB Diploma Biology. These courses are designed to meet the IB syllabus requirements whilst offering the most cost effective way of visiting an FSC Centre.
Achieving IB Diploma syllabus requirements for Biology
Planning and performing investigations is a compulsory part of the Internal Assessment at both Standard Level and Higher Level of IB Diploma Biology. Fieldwork investigations offer an opportunity to assess students for the Internal Assessment.
A five day FSC IB Diploma Biology course will deliver opportunities for students to be assessed on the Design (D) and Data Collection and Processing (DCP) while providing material for students to complete their Conclusion and Evaluation (CE) and Manipulative Skills (MS).
