At 77 acres in size, West Ham Park is the largest park in Newham. It contains a diverse range of habitats, including grassland, woodland and ponds.

In this complete investigation, with full pre-planning, fieldwork and post-fieldwork analysis and evaluation, pupils sample woodland habitats for invertebrates and abiotic factors.
