FSC Derrygonnelly has 60 beds available for students, mainly in small en suite rooms which sleep between 2-5 people each. Two of these rooms are designed for disabled access.

There are three workrooms, each with its own whiteboard, and one with an Interactive Whiteboard. Multi-media projection facilities are also available. The Centre houses laboratory facilities, a drying room and a resource room which also has computers and a TV and DVD player. Wireless broadband is also readily available in the education building.

There is a games room complete with pool table, football table, and air hockey. An open planned area exists which can be used to relax in and there is an adjoining small kitchen for making both hot and cold drinks.

The grounds have a weather station, a pond, a small woodland and meadow habitats. The River Sillees runs through the centre grounds separating the education building from the accommodation and restaurant.
