FSC Juniper Hall has four dormitory rooms, 12 twin rooms, one single and five three bedded rooms. Four ground floor twins have wider doors for wheelchairs access. There is a separate accommodation block of 33 beds which can be taken by a whole group.

There are four labs/workrooms. Two of these have smartboards and computer facilities, the other two have whiteboards, screens and projectors. The centre has several recreational areas: a common room with table football, a TV and hot and cold drink facilities; a sitting room with bar and TV and a library with quiet sitting areas.

The centre has a large lawn area with benches and an outdoor classroom. There are two footpaths leading from the grounds which extend to around 1 hectare. There is a butterfly garden and Victorian ice house with the grounds, together with many fine trees.

There are open fires in the hallway and the sitting rooms and some fine displays of butterfly, moth and rock collections. The Templeton Room is decorated in the John Adam style and secures Grade 2 listed status for the Hall. Wellingtons and waterproofs are available, a drying room, two weather stations and a small shop.
