FSC Slapton Ley has 18 dormitory rooms and 25 single or twin rooms. 19 of these rooms are en-suite and two are designed for disabled visitors. There are 4 accommodation blocks that can be separated for different groups depending on the size of groups and four security all accommodation blocks are managed by coded door locks.

There are six workrooms all with interactive whiteboards and specialist ICT presentation equipment. The centre also has a suite of 30 laptops for student use and Wireless Internet access is available throughout the Centre.

The centre has a range of recreational areas facilities available for all Visitors. There are several sitting rooms, one with Sky TV and one with Open Access computers for recreational use. There are also three areas with hot and cold drink making facilities.

The centre also has a weather station with 50 years of data, part of the it's strong research tradition. Equipment hire for those needing waterproofs and wellington boots, two drying rooms and Centre Shop are available on site.

The campus style centre is located within landscaped grounds to provide a learning resource, this includes seating areas, shelters, kitchen garden and wildlife areas. The Centre adjoins the 210 hectare National Nature Reserve that comprises Slapton Sands beach and the largest Freshwater Lake in the South West. This is owned by Whitley Wildlife Conservation Trust and managed by the FSC. The Centre is located on the edge of Slapton Village which provides a range of facilities including the village shop and two pubs.
