We take our data protection responsibilities seriously. We are committed to data security and protecting your privacy. We have systems and processes in place to ensure we are compliant with the UK Data Protection Act (2018), incorporating the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2016) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR 2019).
The documents below set out our Data Protection Policy and provide information about our Data-Processing and Privacy commitments. It is important to stress that we will never sell your personal data, and only share information with our partners and service providers who support our day-to-day operations. Where we do use external agencies and suppliers, we ensure that we have the necessary contractual arrangements in place and that our third-party data-processors are Data Protection compliant.
