STEP 1:Check availability by:

Once you have contacted us we will identify suitable dates and provide a quote. We will also give an overview of how we can help you and discuss any details of the trip you wish to.
STEP 2: Confirm the date and location. Pay the holding deposit.
When a date has been agreed and you are happy go ahead we will ‘pencil you in’ and send you a quotation confirmation letter. We will request a non-refundable holding deposit of £500 to secure the dates agreed and this is due within one month of booking. Until we receive this payment the offer remains provisional and we may offer these dates to other groups.
Once we have received your holding deposit, your booking is confirmed and we will no longer offer it to other groups.
STEP 2: Confirm the approximate student numbers. Pay the individual deposits.
We will contact you 4-6 months before your trip requesting school/staff details and non-refundable student deposits. We understand you may not be able to be pay immediately and timings will depend on individual groups. If you are having difficulty collecting funds from students or you have large changes in student numbers, please keep us informed and we will do what we can to support you.
STEP 4: Discuss and confirm course content.
At least 1 month before the start of the course, a member of the centre’s experienced teaching team will be assigned to lead the teaching of your group. They will contact you to discuss your aims and objectives and confirm the course content.
STEP 5: Pay the course invoice.
An invoice for the balance of the course fee will be issued 4-6 weeks prior to course commencement, taking into account any deposits paid. Payment of this amount is due at least 7 days prior to course commencement. If you anticipate a delay in making your final payment, please inform the Centre.
Any in course transport costs will be included within this invoice.
If you require a pre-visit inspection, simply contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Complete less paperwork
All of our Centres have been awarded the Quality Badge by The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom. This means that you do not have to assess them and therefore have to complete less paperwork for your local authority.

In course transport
Transport to fieldwork sites is not included, but can be arranged by the centre, charges vary for each field site (see arranging transport page).
Not all field sites need transport, please ask when booking.
If any cancellation is made less than 28 days before the start of the course, whether deliberately or by default, the balance of fees must still be paid in full, a condition which is accepted when the booking is confirmed.
