Kindrogan Field Centre is one of 18 residential centres in the UK managed by the Field Studies Council, an independent educational charity that promotes environmental understanding for all with 70 years of experience.
A grand building set in wooded grounds on the banks of the River Ardle, and is a gateway to the picturesque Scottish Highlands. It lies within easy reach of some of the remotest areas of the UK with inspiring landforms and rich range of wildlife habitats but is just one and a half hours travel from Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Kindrogan has been awarded the Primary and Secondary Geography Quality Mark by the Geographical Association. As well as the Quality Badge by The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom by demonstrating that they consistently deliver high quality teaching and learning experiences and manage risk effectively. This means you have to complete less paperwork when visiting our Centres.
