Through guided sessions and free play we hope you will have developed a positive relationship with the natural world, and be encouraged to take children outdoors to help them become creative, independent learners.

The Level 1 training takes place over two days. This is a non-residential course.

Learners will also need to visit a Forest School Session which they will arrange.

This course is accredited by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group.

This qualification is designed to enable learners to develop an understanding of the principles and ethos of Forest School. It will prepare learners for further study and employment in the outdoors and to progress on to the level 2 Award for Forest School Assistants.
