The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introduction to teaching that will give an insight into the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, how to plan and deliver inclusive teaching sessions and how to assess and give constructive feedback.
This qualification is for candidates who work, or want to work as teachers/trainers in the further education and skills sector.
For candidates who are not in a teaching role, or who have just started a teaching role, for those who want a short qualification to enable them to make career choices.
Formerly known as PTLLS, the Award in Education and Training is a short course designed to enable a wide range of students to undertake teaching, training or learning tasks relevant to their own training or teaching situation.
Cory Jones is a qualified teacher and assessor who has run this course across the UK for nearly 10 years. Cory previously worked for the FSC as a tutor and then as a Centre Manger.
