Edexcel A

Applied Fieldwork Enquiry3 day

• Complete all fieldwork requirements.

• Full coverage of Component 3: Applied Fieldwork Enquiry, Part A and B, including the methodological approach and conceptual framework for fieldwork, enabling students to be prepared for Paper 3: Applied Fieldwork Enquiry.

• Spend time honing students’ geographical skills, studying the interaction between physical and human geography and using unfamiliar contexts to best prepare students for their exams.

• Develop the geographical, mathematical and statistical skills which are integrated within all areas of assessment in a real world situation with contextualised data students have collected themselves.

Fieldwork and Adventure5 day

Complete all fieldwork requirements, worth 15% of the qualification.

In-depth coverage of fieldwork in two contrasting locations needed for Topic 7 Geographical Investigations: Fieldwork, enabling students to get the grades they want within Sections A and B of the Paper 3 exam.

A choice of human and physical topics and choice of environments enabling students to visit two contrasting locations.

Enjoy a choice of adventurous outdoor activities and team building games to offer students an exciting start to studying geography fieldwork.

Edexcel B

Geographical Investigations3 day

• Complete all fieldwork requirements.

• In-depth coverage of both human and physical fieldwork tasks required for Topic 6: Geographical Investigations, enabling students to get the grades they want within the Paper 2 exam: UK Geographical Issues.

• Spend more time honing students’ geographical skills, studying the interaction between physical and human geography and using unfamiliar contexts to best prepare students for their exams.

• Develop the geographical, mathematical and statistical skills which are integrated within all areas of assessment in a real world situation with contextualised data students have collected themselves.

Fieldwork and Adventure5 day

Complete all fieldwork requirements, worth 15% of the qualification.
