Foundation and Key Stage 1 geography short courses have clearly stated outcomes that enable teachers to quickly and easily book a fieldtrip, safe in the knowledge that it will be directly related to work taught in the classroom and will contribute to achieving the curriculum.
As well as exploring a different aspect of learning about the environment, each course will have a strong emphasis on developing personal confidence and team-building skills and will include activities to encourage cultural appreciation, artistic development and physical well being.

This 2 hour session focuses on plants and animals found in a local woodland.

This 2 hour session focuses on plants and animals found in a local pond or river.
Pirate Geography: A Hunt for Treasure1 day
This 2 hour session is designed to introduce pupils to the concepts of creating and using maps.
Wacky Weather1 day
This 2 hour session allows pupils to explore the influence of weather on their environment, through examining the use of different techniques to measure weather conditions.
