Field Studies Council: Bringing Environmental Understanding to All

S1 -S3

Our residential courses are ideal for transition from P7 to S1 and beyond.  Learners will experience adventure and team building activities, and learn more about the environment and their place in it. Everything takes place outdoors making the most of the wonderful natural surroundings of each Centre.

Throughout our residentials we integrate ‘responsibility of all’ areas such as learning for sustainability, and build on learners' four capacities, developing their knowledge and skills, encouraging them to think critically and creatively about the environments and situations they explore and link to Curriculum for Excellence experiences and outcomes.

You can find out more below or please contact us to discuss your requirements.  We are continually updating our courses and can work with you to develop a course to suit your group.
