Refer a Group

Customers with an existing booking can recommend a new school or group to book with Field Studies Council to earn 5% off both their existing booking and the new school/group’s booking.

To claim both discounts the new group needs to complete the form below.

Please ensure you are eligible for this offer before applying:

• The existing and new booking should be residential visits.
• One customer must have a current booking with Field Studies Council and one customer must be new (“new” is classed as a school or group that does not have a current booking and has not visited Field Studies Council in the last 24 months).
• The new customer must let us know they have been referred to us by an existing customer.
• Each booking must be a minimum value of £1,000.
• The maximum discount we can apply to either booking is £1,000.
• The discount will only be applied to the student price and will not apply to additional items including adventure activities, additional food, in-course transport and additional teacher/driver places.
• All rewards will be applied to the final balance invoice and both customers must have a confirmed booking with Field Studies Council. No cash alternative is available.
• Field Studies Council reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
• This offer may be used in conjunction with other offers. It will not apply to bookings that are already discounted.
• These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the terms and conditions applicable for the booking with Field Studies Council.
• This offer and discount will only be applied to one booking. Additional referrals will be added to future bookings.
