Location: Tollymore, County Down.
This one day workshop will take participants on a journey through Tollymore Forest Park in search of edible Spring delights. Your tutor, an expert forager, will provide participants with the knowledge to find and sustainably harvest your own woodland foods through species identification, while also exploring the wider role of plants and trees in craft, folklore and medicine.
The course is aimed at those with little or no prior experience in foraging, or those wishing to refresh their knowledge.
