Learn how to use your camera to achieve interesting photographs of spring flora and fauna and take good macro/close-up pictures using different angles. Demystify your camera and create some lasting images. At the end of the session there will be a chance to see the results and some tips on post-processing to help make a good image great.

Tutor: John Price

John Price has worked as a professional photographer throughout his working life. After a degree at art college he worked in publishing, industry, corporate and for the last 10 years, in conservation as a photographer. His experience includes working with both film and digital photography including design and multimedia. He worked on the 50 Favourite Tree project lead by Countrycare, a division of Epping Forest District Council. Over 4,000 trees have been surveyed and recorded. A book on the project is available in PDF format on the website www.favouritetrees.com which John has designed and photographed.
