South Downs Way
Whether you’re tackling all 100 miles of the South Downs Way, or just visiting for the day, FSC South Downs Way will help you find out more about one of the finest landscapes of south-east England. This trail leads from the ancient city of Winchester to the white chalk cliffs of Eastbourne.
There are beautiful colour paintings of the special birds, farm animals, moths, butterflies and wild flowers of the South Downs. Text on the reverse side covers the geology, habitats and agriculture of the chalk uplands. Also included is a map of the South Downs Way National Trail and a height profile of the trail.
