We believe in recruiting and promoting fairly based on merit and so will appoint the best person for the role.

Current vacancies are listed below.  The individual vacancy pack for each role will tell you everything you need to know about the job and the skillset we are looking for, as well as who to contact for further details, and any specific information as to how to apply.

Due to the seasonal nature of some of our work, some roles are offered on a permanent seasonal contract and we tend to recruit for these at the start of the year.  Seasonal roles allow you to experience working life in our outstanding education centres throughout the core working season and have time off over the winter to concentrate on other things, e.g. travel, secure in the knowledge that you have a job to come back to. If this appeals to you, please submit an application!

How to Apply

It is vitally important that we recruit the right people, to the right role, at the right time.  With this in mind, FSC follows a recruitment and selection process that is applied fairly, consistently, and without favour or prejudice, and which promotes a working environment in which diversity is recognised, valued and encouraged.  The selection methods that we use for recruitment are related to the requirements of the job and applicants are shortlisted/selected solely on the basis of their assessed capability to undertake the role.

If you have any difficulties with our application process, require the application form or any other documents in a different format, or require a reasonable adjustment or other assistance to participate in the recruitment process, e.g. due to disability, please contact our Human Resources Department on 01743 852138.
