Join Selina and Catherine for a day of mindful stitching in nature, combining the restorative practice of forest bathing with the traditional craft of hand embroidery.
We will begin with a gentle guided forest bathing experience, slowing down to connect with the natural world and gather inspiration for our creative practice. Using foliage as our canvas, you’ll learn to embroider directly into leaves, creating a unique card or small textile artwork.
This mindful stitching in nature workshop celebrates mindful, intuitive stitching, encouraging improvisation, creativity, and the meditative rhythm of making in community. Suitable for beginners and experienced stitchers alike, it offers an opportunity to explore embroidery in a fresh and playful way while deepening your connection with nature.
Come along to slow down, stitch, connect, and create.
