Brilliant course!
The tutor, Alanna Cooper, is a talented teacher and her energy and passion for the subject was thoroughly infectious. She worked us hard, but every moment was interesting and she took great care to adjust her approach to each student’s level of knowledge. I learned a huge amount and came away feeling thoroughly inspired, both to do much more botany and to do more FSC courses.
Flatford Mill is a beautiful location surrounded by different habitats, so it’s an ideal place to study botany. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great.
As a result of doing this course I’ve joined FSC as a member, because I’m keen to support the marvellous work they do and be part of this inspiring organisation.
