Another excellent course from these tutors. I’d been on one of their other courses at Malham Tarn, so knew what to expect – a flexible course that allows each student to study the things of most interest to them, at their own pace; some fieldwork, and lots of hands-on microscope identification of specimens (previously identified by the tutors, but with the identification concealed in a folder so you can check your answers). I would still go back and do more of their courses, or even repeat some – because of the way the courses work they could be repeated and you would just choose different things to study next time. The one downside (as with the previous course of theirs I did) is that it was a bit too short. I would have liked another day at least.
