Really enjoyed the course overall
The leader had structured the learning and took us carefully through different strategies for identifying birds which we can build upon to take our knowledge forward. I have found because of the way the information and presentations were scaffolded I have remembered a good deal of what we discovered. He was very patient with the questions and expectations of a varied group.
Again overall the venue was good and suitable for our needs. The food and the cooks were very good and I appreciated the variety of vegetarian food I was offered. My room was a little tired and needed a ‘spring clean’. A simple built in unit behind the door consisting of shelves and hanging space would have made it very much more comfortable as would a light that worked over the bed.
