A brilliant week! Martin was an absolute fount of knowledge – a genuine enthusiast and excellent at getting his knowledge across. We covered an amazing amount. The Geology & Marine Biology worked well together; not so sure about the addition of Botany, which almost deserved a course of its own, although it was lovely to learn some more flower names, & also identify birds and butterflies.
It was quite strenuous & perhaps more warning could be given that there will be a lot of climbing up & down steps & scrambling over rocks to reach beaches – fine for me but some struggled!
