The course tutor was extremely well informed and prepared. The course delivered all that it promised. The only drawback with FSC courses is the food. Be prepared for school dinner stodge. In an effort to display green credentials, the quality and quantity of the cuisine is substandard. It is all presented with enthusiasm and the staff clearly enjoy working for FSC but I have attended 2 residentials and can begin to see a pattern, I believe. I would consider other companies with a higher all round customer satisfaction rating in the future.
