The course was very good but I struggled sometimes as I was a novice and everyone else had some to a lot of geology experience and knowledge.
The course was really geared to using the Lake District to show examples of geological features etc. I would have liked to have learnt exactly how the Lake District became how it is today from 500 Ma years ago. I will have to work most of this out for myself given the information about geology the course provided.
A great bunch of people to spend a week with and an extremely knowledgeable tutor.
The centre is in a brilliant location and they catered for my gluten free diet very well, food was excellent.
