Join us at Slapton Ley Field Centre in South Devon for a series of environmental education sessions for home-educated children.
With links to science and geography curriculums, these sessions will be led by our expert Tutors and will cover a wide variety of topics from the water cycle and coastal geography to wildlife and ecosystems.
Children will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills through hands-on activities and first-hand experience in the special habitats of Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve.
Sessions are aimed at home-educated children between 4 and 14 years old, with activities differentiated for younger and older children. They will run on six Thursdays throughout the Autumn term, from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. Bookings are for each individual session – details below. £10 per child, accompanying adults free.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
