The BSBI is for everyone who is interested in the flora of Britain and Ireland, and is now one of the world’s largest contributors of biological records. Field Studies Council discount a number of our natural history courses each year to allow BSBI members the opportunity to expand their learning and explore pathways into other fields. From their earliest days, BSBI they have welcomed both professional and amateur members, offering training, outreach and research programmes continue to support botanists at all skill levels. Grants of up to £250 open on 1st January each year – they are available for aspiring botanists who want to go on short training courses. https://bsbi.org/
