Join us for fun nature inspired activities for children and families at Juniper Hall

Our sessions take place in the fresh air and encourage exploration of the natural world through a mix of games and hands-on experiences. Each event is different and may include minibeast hunts, pond dipping, wildlife discovery, orienteering, bushcraft, shelter building, creative art projects, and much more.

Spend time outdoors and deepen your connection with the environment. Be inspired to learn more about wildlife and discover ways to help it thrive right on your doorstep.

No prior experience or expensive equipment is needed, just a love of being outside and a curiosity to explore. Activities are led by Field Studies Council staff who are passionate about the outdoors, trained in first aid, and DBS checked.

We offer:

  • School holiday clubs and activities
  • Nature connections
  • Outdoor learning
  • Developing personal skills such as resilience and independence
  • Natural History family activities
  • Opportunities for children and for families
  • Activities organised by friendly and professional tutors
