Young people tell us they can’t access the training they need for their environmental career – and that’s where our Nature Studies Subsidy helps!

The Field Studies Council helps remove barriers to accessing biodiversity knowledge and skills. Our charity upskills people aged 18-25 to take on volunteer and professional roles in the green economy.

We enable people to record and care for the natural environment, including habitat surveys required for Biodiversity Net Gain requirements.

Our offer is based on young people involved in Field Studies Council’s Youth Council and our five-year inclusion programme funded by the National Lottery.
