Nature connection and wellbeing are intrinsically linked within the context of outdoor learning. By providing direct and meaningful experiences in the natural world, outdoor learning fosters a deeper sense of connection with nature, which in turn significantly enhances wellbeing. You know yourselves that eating your lunch outside, in nature, listening to bird song with the sun on your face, makes you feel calmer and happier than sitting at your desk in a classroom surrounded by work waiting for you. This is the same for our young people.
