Another excellent four days of bookbinding with George. Very glad to learn that a successor has been engaged for 2019. Can’t give my usual five stars because the food service has gone downhill. The breakfasts are now quite sparse, and the choices for lunch are becoming very dull. Putting out coffee for the whole room on one table at the end of the room creates some difficulties – there’s no flow, and queues develop. It all feels a bit less friendly and jolly.
