Becky was an incredible teacher – knowledgable, patient, thoughtful, and accessible. The course was fantastic — I truly learned more than I thought i was even capable of learning within just one week. The FSC Kindrogan kitchen, however, did a very poor job in accommodating my dietary needs, and the chef openly showed annoyance whenever I reminded him that I was, in fact, still present. Entire meals went by without food, because he had forgotten to accommodate my needs, resulting in my being served after everyone else had eaten. Made me feel even more out of place for having food allergies, and his attitude was markedly annoyed and inconsiderate — not a very good image for the FSC, I must say.
