The course was excellent. Margaret Uttley is a great teacher and Imparted skills and ideas well. Enjoyed wandering the fen and taking inspiration from the area. Bit disappointed with atmosphere / food in the house. We were the only adult course and the place was dominated by teenagers and their teachers. Ended up having to socialise in our bedrooms. Better in past when other adult courses and fewer younger people. Food not as good as on previous visits. This time it bland, and served on cold plates. Staff were wonderful though.
