The tutor was excellent and very student centred offering students varied ways to get to grips with learning how to identify grasses early in the season. The classroom sessions involved contextual material and varied thoughtful methods of illustrating the structure and growth patterns of grasses. This tutor had spent time prior to the sessions ensuring that she knew where species to be examined were to be found…so we did not waste time looking for them.
This course was extremely valuable with plenty of useful material to take home afterwards.
