We effectively explored the many habitats to be found on the Isle of Cumbrae. Angus the course tutor expertly guided us around the wealth of grasses, ferns and flowering plants that were present. Angus was also very patient in helping us to correctly identify the plants. The centre is in a lovely location with the accommodation, meals, facilities all very good. The only grumble was the lack of a Centre receptionist at times when the aquarium was closed.
