A long drive – Friday evening last day of the school term – meant I was late arriving, but your staff had kept a dinner plate for me to eat before the evening session. Our excellent Tutor, Dave Grundy, involved all the group in setting up and bringing in moth traps and identifying what we’d had caught: So this gave us exercise and walks in your lovely surroundings, beach and river as well. A good mixture! A lot of information and help to develop our skills in identifying moths. Dave kept us all working together, encouraged us to meet at meals and pub – good team exercise – exhausting for him, no doubt!
