I really enjoyed this course, and was amazed by the diversity of spiders in the UK. We had lots of specimens to look at and were told all sorts of distinguishing characteristics to look out for. The sheer volume of species out there means I’m not too confident about identifying spiders in the field, but that’s the problem with biodiversity rather than with the course!
