Both the FSC centre and the course were outstanding. The facility was wonderful and the staff all very friendly and helpful; the kitchen provided great meals through the week. The tutor, John Shave, was so accessible and put in so much time providing assistance and demonstrations. And, the area is astonishingly beautiful. A great way for all ages to experience the outdoors.
