Excellent, engaging course, instructor very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, lunch and refreshments great! Only disappointment was that both our course certificates had the wrong names on, and when told we would receive correct certificates expected to receive them through the post, not to receive an email that needed to be printed – from an email address that could not be be responded to.
