The course was excellent. Dave, (the tutor), easily adjusted his teaching to the level of the individual asking the question. His enthusiasm for his subject was infectious and his enjoyment when communicating his depth of knowledge was obvious and pleasurable. Five stars for Dave.
Dale Centre however needs to rethink how to change from mass catering for youngsters to improved catering for mature adults. Finally rather than selling tasteless beer from large breweries stock up from local producers of craft ale, making the whole stay more enjoyable and creating a better impression on largely non-welsh visitors.
