A good opportunity to become familiar with specialist chalk and limestone grassland moths in a beautiful setting. Emptying moth traps was a good way to collect specimens for later identification or review. Dave provided a wealth of tips and advice to help us arrive at a decision before confirming or suggesting other things to consider. This helped to increase confidence in ability to do this for yourself after the course
