There are thousands of species of fungi in the natural world from the common to the rare.

Most of the year, they live underground and are vital for woodland health as they recycle nutrients in the ecosystem. We see them when the fruiting bodies form ‘mushrooms’. Join us as we discover the wonderful world of fungi in all shapes and sizes. Please note we will not be collecting fungi or foraging and this event is about the natural environment, and will not focus on edible fungi.
