Location: Clandeboye Estate, County Down.
This hands-on workshop will cover fundamental skills in lighting and sustaining a purposeful fire. Using these fires, participants will work in groups to prepare and cook a selection of child friendly snacks and meals through a range of cooking methods.
This workshop will also cover risk/benefit assessments.
This course is being run in association with Northern Ireland Forest School Association, and therefore has a discount rate for NIFSA members.
